About RAFFA.

Spread the word, Rural Affinity Film Festivals, located here in the Axarquia region of Andalucia, southern Spain, are promoting short format films with a rural theme, everything from village life to agriculture, and anything in between. Serious, funny, documentary or fiction, cartoons and animation all welcome.

RAFFA (Rural Affinity Film Festival Andalucia)

Rural Affinity Film Festivals are film festivals that show international documentary, fiction, comedy and animation cinema in short format films, all of them related to the rural world, ecology, sustainability and natural and cultural resources.
Independent filmmakers from around the world are invited to submit their films within the rural themes.
What will make these film events special, apart from the rural theme, is that the films will be shown outdoors on a giant screen over a period of 3 nights, in various rural towns and villages in the Axarquia region of Andalusia, Southern Spain.

Objectives of The Rural Affinity Film Festival

Raise awareness through the activities of the Festivals in rural ecology to the inhabitants of the towns and villages.
Contribute to the sustainable development of the region through rural tourism, ecotourism, gastronomy, culture, ecology and folklore. Achieve greater promotion of the region and its surroundings, which will benefit all the communities of the area.
